Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be provided if we are unable to prepare your order, we cancel the order, or the wrong product is delivered.

Non-refundable Orders

Because our products are freshly prepared, refunds are generally not available for change of mind, last-minute cancellations, incorrect information provided by the customer, or orders already prepared or delivered.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 minutes of delivery and send clear photos via WhatsApp. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
